Raw interprets plaster as a layered material, an overlapping of glazes, patinas, drips, and ripples. The action of time alters the original color and generates sharp changes in tone that open up on the surface like glimpses of the past. Everything that has altered the material over its history is preserved, esthetically elaborated and recreated in the best Atlas Concorde porcelain tiles.
